This policy explains information processing for Zombie Couple Video AI, including accounts, photo checks, video generation, purchases, delivery and support. Visit our public support page for privacy questions or requests; email contact does not require an account.
1. What we process
We process account details, uploaded photos, the selected input mode, generated videos and task records. Photos may show faces and other information you choose to include. We also process order references, payment status, credit activity, device or session information, security records and support correspondence as needed to operate the service. Card information is handled by the payment provider; do not send full card numbers or credentials to support.
2. Local drafts and uploading
Choosing photos while signed out keeps them on your device. Browser storage may retain your draft for up to 24 hours so it can survive sign-in and payment navigation. Removing a photo or signing out clears the corresponding local draft. After sign-in, selecting Create uploads the photos for checks and prepares the request. Uploads may therefore occur before payment, but paid generation starts only after authorization and a successful credit check.
3. How the information is used
We use photos to check suitability and generate the requested fictional effect. Account and task records establish ownership, restore interrupted work and prevent duplicate charges. Order and credit records fulfil purchases, reconcile balances, review refunds and support required recordkeeping. Operational records help diagnose failures, prevent misuse and respond to support or rights requests.
4. Service providers
Cloudflare provides application infrastructure, private file storage and AI-assisted photo checks. KIE receives the reference images and instructions needed to access the Seedance video model. Waffo provides checkout and payment processing. Google processes information when you choose Google sign-in, and our configured email service delivers login codes. Umami Cloud provides optional traffic analytics when you consent, as described below. Providers may process information in other countries under their terms and applicable safeguards. We do not promise zero retention or particular model-training restrictions for an external provider unless those have been verified for the relevant service.
5. Private photos and public examples
Uploads and generated files are stored privately and served through controlled access paths. Generation providers receive temporary reference access to the images they need. Ordinary customer photos and videos are not automatically published or added to a marketing gallery. Requesting a video does not grant advertising permission. The fictional effect does not establish a person's health or real-world relationship.
6. Cookies, browser storage and attribution
Required cookies and browser storage support sign-in, task recovery and checkout continuity. We may record your first landing path, referring website and campaign parameters with a first-party anonymous identifier, then associate that attribution with registration and purchases. With your analytics consent, Umami Cloud records visits to our public marketing and policy pages, basic browser/device details and referring website origins. We remove URL query strings, fragments and referrer paths, and do not send uploaded photos, task contents, account identifiers or checkout references to Umami. Analytics is not used on sign-in callbacks, account pages or private media routes. Declining analytics prevents Umami from loading, and we respect a browser's Do Not Track preference. Declining optional analytics does not disable the service's first-party transaction attribution. Task identifiers stored in the browser are not public links to your files.
7. Retention and deletion
Input-photo access expires seven days after upload, and completed-video access expires 30 days after delivery. Expired objects are scheduled for deletion by our regular cleanup process; an expired URL does not prove that every copy has already been physically removed. Cleanup delays or recovery operations may extend physical retention beyond the access period. Transaction, security, support and dispute records may be kept longer when needed for their purpose or applicable legal obligations. External processors apply their own retention and deletion procedures.
8. Your choices
You can remove local photos from the workbench and ask support about access, correction, deletion, account closure or other applicable privacy rights. We verify requests before disclosing or deleting protected records. Report unauthorized-photo use with the task reference or enough detail to locate the material. Do not send passwords, API keys, full card details or unnecessary sensitive documents. Applicable law may provide additional rights, including restriction, objection, portability or a complaint to a supervisory authority.
9. Adults, security and updates
The service is for adults aged 18 or older and photos of adults. Do not submit images of minors. We use access controls and operational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee perfect security. We will update this policy when processing changes and provide additional notice where required.
