These terms govern your use of Zombie Couple Video AI and the purchases you make through this service. For account, billing or policy questions, visit our public support page for email contact without signing in or an account support ticket.
1. The video service
We create fictional, cinematic videos of a human and a zombie partner reuniting and embracing. Upload two separate adult portraits or one photo showing both adults. With separate photos, the first person stays human and the second becomes the zombie partner. In a shared photo, choose which person stays human; the default is left human and right zombie. Left and right refer to your displayed photo, not the characters' positions in the final movie. Only available stories can be selected for creation, and story artwork is not an actual generated result. Outputs are 12-second videos without audio. Choose Standard, Fast, Pro or Ultra, 480p or 720p, and 9:16, 1:1 or 16:9. The default is Standard, 720p, 9:16. New generation uses your photos and our story instructions, without a reference-video input.
2. Eligibility and photo permission
You must be at least 18 years old to use or purchase this service, and all people in uploaded photos must be adults. Obtain permission from each person pictured and the rights needed to upload, alter and process the photo. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for your use of the resulting video. We do not determine whether the people pictured are actually in a relationship.
3. Fictional AI output and acceptable use
The effect is fictional and must not be presented as evidence of a real person's condition or actions. AI may vary in likeness, movements, composition and timing, and may produce visual defects. We do not guarantee an exact likeness, an identical recreation of an example, exact shot timing or a fixed completion time. Do not submit unauthorized photos, sexual content, graphic injury, hateful or harassing material, misleading impersonation or other unlawful content. Do not bypass ownership checks, payment verification or access controls. See our Content Policy for reporting and review.
4. One-time purchases
Our one-time packs contain 20, 60 or 100 credits, priced at $4.99, $9.99 or $14.99 USD before applicable taxes. A 12-second Standard video costs 10 credits at 480p or 20 credits at 720p. Fast costs 30 or 60, Pro costs 50 or 100, and Ultra costs 70 or 160 credits at 480p or 720p respectively. Input mode and aspect ratio do not change the price for the same quality and resolution. The exact charge is displayed before creation; the packs cover 1, 3 or 5 videos only at Standard 720p. Prices and applicable taxes are shown before payment. Checkout may display HotelLobby, our shared storefront. Your purchase is for Zombie Couple Video AI. There are no subscriptions or automatic renewals. Purchased credits have no scheduled expiry, are valid only on Zombie Couple Video AI, are not cash and cannot be transferred to another website.
A purchase from the pricing page adds credits without starting a video. When you select Pay & create in the workbench, you authorize one generation from the photos and settings attached to that checkout after payment and credit delivery are confirmed. You may buy one or two copies of the same pack in one checkout; the total price and total credits are displayed before payment. Buying two packs does not authorize two automatic generations. Additional credits remain in your balance for later requests.
5. Generation and delivery
We check your photos and deduct the displayed credit cost before submitting a generation. Refreshing, checking status, recovering the same task, playing or downloading its result does not create another generation charge. A slow queue, network timeout or pending file transfer does not by itself mean the task failed. A confirmed technical failure that prevents delivery returns the original task's charged credits once under our Refund Policy. Creating another video is a new request and uses the credit amount displayed for that request.
6. Your material and sharing
You retain the rights you hold in uploaded material. You give us the limited permission needed to process your photos, generate and deliver the requested effect, provide support and enforce these terms. Uploading a photo does not give us permission to publish it or your video as advertising or a homepage example. Public examples require separate approval. You are responsible for rights and permissions needed to share your output. We do not guarantee that every output is exclusive, copyrightable or free of third-party claims.
7. File availability
Uploaded photos are available for up to seven days after upload, and completed videos for up to 30 days after delivery. Download your video during that period. Credit validity and file storage are separate; credits without scheduled expiry do not mean permanent video storage. The Privacy Policy explains access controls, cleanup and deletion requests.
8. Changes and restrictions
Service interruptions may occur for maintenance or supplier failures. We may restrict prohibited use or protect a compromised account. Restrictions do not remove an existing refund obligation or permit duplicate charges. Unused purchased balances and pending tasks are handled under the Refund Policy and applicable law if an account or the service closes. Future offers may change, but accepted tasks keep the credit price agreed before creation.
9. Help and mandatory rights
Contact support with your order or task reference for billing help, privacy requests or unauthorized-photo reports. Nothing in these terms excludes rights, remedies or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. We will communicate material policy changes through the service where required.
